One sunny day, it was reported that a big fire started in a tall building in West Street. Tom and his team rushed to the firetruck and head to West Street. The fire was very big and dangerous. Smoke filled the air. People were scared and needed help.

Tom put on his heavy fire suit and helmet. He ran into the burning building. The smoke was thick, but Tom was not afraid. He knew he had to help the people inside.

First, Tom found a little girl named Sarah. She was crying and scared. Tom picked her up and carried her outside to safety. Sarah hugged Tom and said, “Thank you!”

Next, Tom went back inside the building. He saw a man and a woman. They were trapped by the fire. Tom used his strong axe to break the door. The man and woman followed Tom and escaped the fire.

Finally, Tom heard a dog barking. He found the dog hiding under a table. Tom gently picked up the dog and ran outside. The dog wagged its tail and licked Tom’s face.

Tom was very tired, but he was happy. He saved many lives that day. Everyone thanked Tom for his bravery. He was a true hero.
